I loved X-Men and Iron Fist (which I ramble on about in my blog), but Wolverine Origins is slowly losing me.

I was hoping that this issue would be a follow up to the old Claremont/Lee Wolverine/Widow/Captain America WWII story in Madripoor, with young Natasha, but no such luck. In fact, judging by this one, Natasha never met Wolverine? It's kind of hard to reconcile this issue with Richard Morgan's (quite good) two Black Widow miniseries, as well. I dunno.

But, man, Iron Fist! Loving it.

And not only that, but it was a good reference to Heroes for Hire. I like that Danny thought about sueing for the name and how the idea of the book came as a surprise for them. People reacting to one another is what Marvel was killer at back in the day. These days, you can hardly keep track of what was supposed to come out when and who is cameo-ing where.

And man, when Annihilation comes out? My head very well may explode. I'm sure as heck knowing fear from Galactus. =D

No kidding about Iron Fist. Good stuff, I like that it references Heroes for Hire. Those kinds of interconnective touches are something I appreciate. And I am all kinds of fired up about Annihilation, even more than I had been previously, if that's possible.
