At first the mind control stuff made me go "Awwww," but it's Brubaker so we'll see where he goes. His Cap run has been nigh-perfect. It's kind of crazy how the only reasonable depiction of Pro-Reg has been in Heroes for Hire #1. "It's the law, and we don't like it, but we have to follow it. We aren't hunting down our friends, though, no matter what." C/D comes close with its "It's the only good thing I've ever been apart of," I think, but even that is kind of tainted by self-interest.
