I haven't been reading the new Iron Man, but I did see Nick Fury in there upon a cursory glance and have read on various blogs about the problems it creates, which makes me wonder two things:

1) Is this a Nick Fury LMD, the same that sent Hulk into space? I imagine at some point there must have been some kind of interaction with Tony, who would definitely know that it isn't Nick because of the whole thing going on with Maria Hill over in New Avengers as well as the fact that Tony and the rest of the illuminati were the ones that used the LMD to sent Hulk into space

2) Are these new issues of Iron Man any good? Loved Joe Casey's Iron, semi-liked Warren Ellis's. What's up with Patrick Zircher's? Good? Bad?

Whatever the answer may be, I'm sure its the sole reason they brought back the No-Prize.

Spencer Carnage: Thanks to your attention to science, my theory is blown wide open, giving me cause to pause and reflect, "... THE HELL??" Then why is the government-? And Nick Fury-? MY BRAIN!

No, it has to be this. The Sentry aside, this fits. (which is a fine commentary on the nature of the character.)

Daredevil seems to be on point, mostly. The person behind DD's mask in DD's own book is the same as the one in Civil War. As for Nick Fury's appearance in Iron Man, it can't be taking place during Secret War, because Sentry's official return(not counting his appearance during break out, but the Sentry arc) to superheroing came after the New Avengers went to the Savage Land which took place after the events of Secret War. If you recall, Wolverine said something about "you remember our Secret War? Blah blah blah." Why do I remember this? Because Wolverine was bare chested and I have taken upon myself to catalog all appearances of a bare chested wolvie strictly for the purposes of science.
